Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You deserve to know how Chroniceffects Tree Service operates and how it earns money. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Chroniceffects Tree Service Does

Chroniceffects Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not carry out tree removal, emergency or storm tree work, stump grinding, trimming or any other tree service.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may be passed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Earn Money

Chroniceffects Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send their way. The amount can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Chroniceffects Tree Service. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, prices and terms
• The quality, safety and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves toward you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are taking part in our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You have no duty to hire any provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check insurance, request a written quote and compare it with other quotes before you decide.

About Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
